Buffalo Billiards hosts the best parties in town. We staff a full time event coordinator to assist you with room reservations, catering choices, bar options and anything else you'll need. Reserve our fun and unique venue for your next:

Room reservations must be confirmed with a credit card and a contract.

We have additional party spaces, not listed here, for groups up to 50 people with both single tab and cash bar service.  Please call for details.

the Victorian Room

The smaller of the two party rooms is a step back in time, with antique pool tables and red velvet couches. The Victorian room accommodates up to 35 people, features 2 pool tables, a large television set, buffet table, and professional and friendly wait service.

There is a two hour minimum rental.

In the Victorian Room a single tab or a bar option is required.
"Cash Bar" is not available.

the Adirondack Room

Relax in our mountain lodge complete with log cabin walls and tree trunk table lights. Challenge friends to a game of pool on one of four tables. Engage in a game of shuffleboard or play on one of our two dart boards. The Adirondack Room holds up to 150 people, has a private full bar, large buffet table, two large television sets and various fun seating areas. It is the perfect room for entertaining your office crowd.

There is a two hour minimum rental.

The Adirondack Room is not available on Fridays, unless special arrangements are made.

the Corner Lounge

You can also reserve our lounge area located in a secluded corner of our main floor (not a private room). This area includes big comfy couches, and chairs and can be set up with a catering buffet table.  The Corner Lounge can be reserved with two to four adjacent pool tables for a group of 10-50 people.  The bar service must be open bar on a single tab, a server will handle taking orders and delivering beverages.

Patio Room

We have a semi-private room off our front bar called the Patio Room (it is inside and can be opened to the outside in nice weather).  This space holds up to 40 people. We can provide a catered buffet inside the room and there are high-top tables and stools (no pool tables). Comes with drink service at the bar with a bartender and can be either a single tab or a cash bar service (with gratuity fee)..

Outdoor Patio

Our semi-private outdoor patio can be used in nice weather. This space holds up to 100 people and can have tables and chairs (no game table access). We can set up a buffet and includes drink service at the outdoor bar with a bartender and can have either a single tab or a cash bar service (with gratuity fee)..

Reservation must start by 6 pm, if the event starts after 6 pm a $50.00 per hour fee may be charged for holding the space.

bar service

CASH BAR:	Each individual purchases their own beverages. Bartender fee of $25 per hour (up to 100 guests) and $40 per hour (over 100 guests) applies. Adirondack Room Only.
OPTION 1:	Consumption Bar; all beverages available, cost based on regular drink prices, happy hour specials may apply.  Single Tab required.
OPTION 2:	$10 per person per hour; Selected draft beer, wine, juice and soda.  Single Tab required.
OPTION 3:	$12 per person per hour; Selected draft beer, rail liquor drinks, wine, juice and soda.  Single Tab required.
OPTION 4:	$14 per person per hour; All beer, rail liquor drinks, "Middle Shelf" beverages, wine, juice and soda.  Single Tab required.

BAR OPTIONS 2-4:

Available for parties of 25 or more.  To calculate the total amount charged a manager counts the number of guests each hour .

Single Tab:  All beverages are on one itemized check, totaled at the end of the event.  Required for all events unless using a cash bar in the Adirondack Room.

Bar minimums are charged for events occurring Thursday through Saturday in the Victorian Room and Lounge and for all events in the Adirondack Room.  If the minimum is not met the difference due is charged to the credit card on file at the end of the event.
